We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged or mismatched with the order.
Please contact us within the 7-day window and include your order details, photos of the parcel and item, and an unboxing video. The unboxing video is required to help verify the reported issue.
Returns for change of mind, incorrect customer selection, or damage caused after delivery are not covered under this limited policy. Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending an item back.
